Who am I?

My understanding of conflict was forged in apartheid South Africa. From participating in anti-apartheid protests at university to serving as an advisor during the country's first democratic election, I saw first-hand how an entire nation could pull back from a zero-sum battle.

Today, as the founder of a global climate finance and development consultancy, I apply these principles daily to help leaders and organisations solve our most complex challenges. This book is the practical toolkit from that journey.
